Increases the voter signature requirement for ordinance initiatives in Wrightsville Beach from 35% to 40% of registered voters in the town

Requires petition signers to be registered voters and include their street address, house number, age, and length of residence in the town

Mandates the town board either adopt the ordinance within 20 days of petition certification or call a special election on a date authorized by G.S. 163-287(a) to be held within six months

Requires the ordinance to be submitted to voters without alteration if put to a popular vote

Becomes effective upon enactment and applies to all petitions submitted after that date
