Amends G.S. 18B-1006(a)(10) to explicitly include community colleges in the authorization to allow alcohol sales at stadiums, athletic facilities, and arenas on school property (previously excluded them).

Community college boards of trustees may vote to allow the issuance of alcohol permits for their athletic facilities and must provide written notice to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission when doing so.

Defines permitted premises to include any area within 500 feet of the furthest exterior building wall, perimeter fence, or permanent fixed perimeter that is clearly designated in a map or written description submitted with the permit application.

Prohibits sale of mixed beverages when the facility is used for sports events sponsored by the community college.

Becomes effective upon enactment.
