Requires party designations on official ballots to be printed in italics and minimum 10-point font size, effective for elections on or after January 1, 2024.

Raises the 48-hour campaign finance reporting threshold from $1,000 to $2,000 for contributions and fund transfers received before elections.

Establishes automatic inflation adjustments to the $2,000 reporting threshold every election cycle beginning January 1 of odd-numbered years, based on the Consumer Price Index.

Waives the 48-hour reporting requirement for candidate campaign committees in primary elections where the candidate is unopposed.

Delays first adjustment of reporting thresholds until October 2024, effective for the election cycle beginning January 1, 2025.
