Creates new law § 14-190.15A defining "adult live entertainment" as performances by topless dancers, exotic dancers, strippers, or male/female impersonators appealing to prurient interest, regardless of whether performed for consideration.

Makes it unlawful to engage in adult live entertainment on public property or in locations where individuals under age 18 are present.

Establishes Class A1 misdemeanor penalties for first offense violations.

Establishes Class I felony penalties for second or subsequent offense violations.

Becomes effective December 1, 2023, and applies to offenses committed on or after that date.
