• Prohibits 4-H absences on days scheduled for statewide student assessments, end-of-grade assessments, or when a student is subject to disciplinary action that would prevent school trip attendance.

• Requires students to be given the opportunity to make up missed tests or work and prohibits adverse grade effects due to excused 4-H absences.

• Effective beginning with the 2024-2025 school year.
