Transfers $3,850,000 in unexpended and unencumbered Tropical Storm Fred recovery funds from S.L. 2021-180 to the State Emergency Response and Disaster Relief Fund for reallocation.

Allocates $2,000,000 for relocation and buyouts of homes located in the floodplain and damaged by Tropical Storm Fred.

Allocates $1,100,000 to Cruso Fire and Rescue, Inc., including $600,000 for replacement of a fire engine and $500,000 for fire department relocation.

Allocates $750,000 to Pisgah High School for repairs and replacements at the agricultural farm used for academic coursework.

Becomes effective July 1, 2023.
