Rewrites G.S. 120-2(a) to realign North Carolina House of Representatives districts from the previous configuration to 120 newly defined districts effective immediately upon enactment.

Specifies precise geographic boundaries for each of the 120 districts using complete county names, voting tabulation districts (VTDs), and specific census block identifications where applicable.

Districts vary in composition from single counties (such as Burke County as District 86) to multi-county combinations (such as Cherokee, Clay, Graham, and Macon Counties comprising District 120).

Each district elects one House Representative and includes detailed block-level geographic specifications for districts spanning multiple jurisdictions or partial counties.

Becomes effective when enacted and applies to all elections held on or after the date of ratification (October 25, 2023).
