Appropriates $1,710,000 in recurring funds to the Division of Coastal Management for two full-time positions and grant funding for the Resilient Coastal Communities Program to reduce flood risk and promote long-term resilience.

Appropriates $470,000 in recurring funds for five full-time positions to staff the Coastal Habitat Assessment Program.

Appropriates $990,000 in recurring funds for six full-time positions to continue implementation of the Flood Resiliency Blueprint.

Appropriates $4,010,000 in recurring funds and $590,000 in nonrecurring funds for 24 full-time positions to address emerging compounds including PFAS in the state.

Appropriates $2,000,000,000 in nonrecurring funds for the Water Infrastructure Fund to provide project construction grants for public water and wastewater systems, with waived grant limitations.
