• Senate Select Committee on Nominations receives and screens nominees for six open University of North Carolina Board of Governors seats with four-year terms, with nominations accepted February 28 through March 6, 2023.

• All formally nominated candidates must file a North Carolina State Ethics Statement of Economic Interest by 5:00 P.M. on March 6, 2023, and the screened slate cannot exceed 12 nominees (twice the six available seats).
