Establishes a Vocational Track Diploma Pilot Program in Currituck County Schools allowing students to pursue an alternative graduation pathway focused on vocational career training.

Requires Currituck County Schools to develop alternative graduation requirements during the 2023-2024 school year that include standard English, science, social studies, and elective courses, plus NC Math 1 and 2 with two additional applied math credits.

Students entering grade 9 during the 2024-2025 school year may elect to pursue the vocational track diploma, with the program concluding at the end of the 2027-2028 school year.

Exempts Currituck County Schools from posting school performance data in any publicly accessible forum while the program operates.

Requires annual reports to the Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee from October 15, 2024 through October 15, 2028 detailing applied math courses offered, student performance standards, enrollment percentages, and program results.
