Applies North Carolina Chapter 20 motor vehicle laws to streets, roadways, and alleys owned or controlled by the Park South Station Master Association, Inc., treating them as highways and public vehicular areas for enforcement purposes.

Authorizes law enforcement officers of agencies contracted by the Park South Station Master Association, Inc., to enforce motor vehicle law violations within the community.

Preserves the Park South Station Master Association's ownership and control of its streets, roadways, and alleys without interference.

Maintains existing speed limits in the Park South Station Community, with any proposed changes requiring approval from the Charlotte City Council.

Applies only to the City of Charlotte and becomes effective upon passage.
