Extend the mayor's term in the Town of Tryon from two years to four years, and change all elected officers in the Town of Ruth from two-year to four-year terms.

Convert staggered council/commissioner terms in affected municipalities to four-year terms with elections held quadrennially, with specific candidates elected in alternating even-numbered years (2024, 2026, etc.).

Transition all Polk County Board of Commissioners members to four-year terms beginning after the 2024 general election, with three members elected in 2024 and every four years thereafter, and two members elected in 2026 and every four years thereafter.
