Requires state agencies, departments, institutions, and local government officials to redact or omit judges' personal information (residence address, home telephone number, drivers license number) from public records and online databases upon written request.

Applies to current or retired justices, judges, and magistrates of North Carolina's General Court of Justice, including current or retired federal court judges or magistrates residing in the state.

Extends protections to immediate family members (spouse, child, or spouse of a child) of covered judges.

Adds judges' personal information to the list of public records exemptions under North Carolina's public records law.

Takes effect upon enactment.
