Creates a new class of "special economic interest owners" in limited liability companies who have information rights and standing to seek judicial dissolution, but are not members.

Allows members' estates or designated agents to automatically become special economic interest owners upon the member's death or adjudication of incompetence, retaining information and dissolution rights.

Expands paternity establishment for children born out of wedlock to include persons who died within one year of the child's birth and can be established as the father through DNA testing.

Adds cohabitation as a bar to awarding alimony to a dependent spouse who engaged in cohabitation with another person prior to the divorce decree.

Terminates postseparation support if a dependent spouse engages in illicit sexual behavior as defined in the statute.
