Defines "proposition wager" as a wager on individual actions, statistics, occurrences, or non-occurrences during a sporting event that may not directly affect the final outcome.

Prohibits all proposition wagers on amateur sports and college sports in North Carolina.

Prohibits sports facilities from being open to registered players for placing in-person sports wagers during the eight hours before or during any college sports events at or adjacent to the facility.

Becomes effective July 1, 2024.
