Requires at least one full-time, permanent school nurse in every public school in North Carolina beginning with the 2024-2025 school year, applicable to all public schools, charter schools, regional schools, and laboratory schools.

Appropriates $89,000,000 in recurring General Fund dollars to the Department of Public Instruction for the 2024-2025 fiscal year to increase school nurse positions.
