Appoints individuals to community college boards of trustees across North Carolina, including Johnston, Southwestern, Vance-Granville, Wilson, Craven, Caldwell, and Wayne community colleges, with terms expiring between 2026 and 2029.

Appoints members to state boards and commissions including the NC Board of Barber and Electrolysis Examiners, State Board of Community Colleges, Centennial Authority, NC Agricultural Finance Authority, NC Investment Authority, and State Human Resources Commission.

Appoints members to the NC Wildlife Resources Commission, State Property Tax Commission, NCInnovation, NC Partnership for Children Board of Directors, African-American Heritage Commission, and NC Professional Educator Preparation and Standards Commission.

Corrects errors in previous appointments made under S.L. 2025-29, including name corrections (e.g., "Fredrick L. Nelson" to "Fredrick Reese") and county corrections (e.g., "Johnston" to "Franklin" County, "Cleveland" to "Mecklenburg" County).

Ratified July 30, 2025, and effective upon becoming law, with appointment terms beginning on the effective date unless otherwise specified.
