Amends Resolution 2025-8 (as previously amended by Resolution 2025-11) to expand the list of matters that may be considered during the regular session reconvening on Monday, October 20, 2025

Adds "matters related to funding the Medicaid rebase" as a new category of allowable business during the reconvened session

Existing permitted matters include: gubernatorial veto overrides, legislative appointments and confirmations, actions on gubernatorial nominations, litigation related to legislative enactments, election law and redistricting matters, and impeachment proceedings

Resolution becomes effective immediately upon ratification
