Designates the week beginning on the second Sunday in November each year as Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP) Awareness Week in North Carolina

Creates the "Shannon Leigh Adcock, Steven Anthony Christos, and Samantha Davis Memorial Act" addressing seizure awareness in schools

Encourages local boards of education to develop and provide seizure awareness training for teachers and school personnel responsible for students with epilepsy or those predisposed to seizures

Notes that more than 1 in 1,000 people with epilepsy die from SUDEP annually, with risk increasing to more than 1 in 150 for those with uncontrolled seizures

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
