Public schools, community colleges, and UNC System universities are prohibited from purchasing cell-cultured food products beginning with the 2026-2027 school year

Creates the Western North Carolina Farm Relief Fund to provide grants to farmers in Hurricane Helene disaster areas for debris removal, erosion repair, and infrastructure restoration, funded through a voluntary retail round-up donation program

Appropriates $1.5 million to the Department of Agriculture for drone and satellite mapping of Hurricane Helene damage to agricultural and forestry operations in Western NC, with findings due February 1, 2027
