Authorizes the Gullah Geechee Greenway/Blueway Heritage Trail in Brunswick County, a 21-mile multiuse trail with 9 segments stretching from northern Brunswick County to Brunswick Nature Park

Requires the State to support, promote, encourage, and facilitate trail establishment on State park lands and lands of federal, State, local, and private landowners

Trail segments crossing non-State property remain governed by the laws, rules, and policies of those respective agencies or owners

Trail will serve bicycle and pedestrian use while highlighting historical sites related to Gullah Geechee culture, including Reaves Chapel, Moore's Chapel, former rice plantations, and pine tar pits

Effective immediately upon becoming law
