Removes a 6.89-acre parcel (Lot No. 1, "Minor Subdivision for Storage to Go, LLC") in Mount Hermon Township, Pasquotank County from the corporate limits of Elizabeth City

Removes three parcels from the City of King in Stokes County, including two properties identified by tax ID numbers and a portion of Century Oak Drive right-of-way

Existing liens for ad valorem taxes or special assessments from both cities remain valid and enforceable after deannexation

Property owners in the deannexed areas will no longer owe municipal taxes for taxable years beginning on or after July 1, 2025

Deannexation provisions become effective June 30, 2025
