Governor Josh Stein is invited to address a joint session of the House of Representatives and Senate at 7:00 P.M. on March 12, 2025, in the Hall of the House of Representatives

A committee of five Representatives (appointed by the Speaker) and five Senators (appointed by the President Pro Tempore) shall extend the invitation

Members of the Governor's cabinet, Council of State, Supreme Court Justices, and Court of Appeals judges are invited to attend the joint session

Resolution was ratified on February 27, 2025, and became effective immediately upon ratification
