Expands permanent no contact orders from sex offenders only to all violent offenders, including Class A through G felonies and offenses requiring sex offender registration

Extends no contact order protections to cover not just crime victims but also victims' immediate family members, who must be specifically identified in the order

Clarifies that any person providing care or supervision of a child under 16 who commits or allows a sexual act upon the child is guilty of a Class D felony

Creates new Class B2 felony for caregivers who intentionally and routinely inflict physical injury on a child while depriving them of necessities for purposes of causing fear, emotional injury, or sexual gratification

Effective December 1, 2025, applying to offenses committed on or after that date
