Requires all public schools (including charter, regional, and laboratory schools) to schedule daily recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance within one hour of the beginning of the instructional day, rather than simply "on a daily basis"

Mandates that every regular and special meeting of the State Board of Education begin with recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance

Requires every meeting of a governing body of a public school unit to begin with the Pledge of Allegiance

Preserves existing protections stating that no person may be compelled to stand, salute the flag, or recite the Pledge of Allegiance

Takes effect upon becoming law and applies beginning with the 2025-2026 school year
