Shifts responsibility for notifying ABC permit holders of violations from individual alcohol law enforcement agents/local ABC officers to the ABC Commission itself

Expands the notification trigger from citations issued by ALE agents or local ABC officers to reports received from any law enforcement agency documenting violations

Requires the Commission to send written notice to permit holders within five business days of receiving a law enforcement report about violations occurring on the permitted premises

Notice must identify the alleged violations and the involved employee

Effective upon becoming law and applies to violations committed on or after that date
