Renames the "Indian Gaming Education Revenue Fund" to "Indian Gaming Fund" and expands its use beyond education to include cultural and economic development for tribal communities

Appropriates $2 million annually (2025-2027) to the NC State Commission of Indian Affairs for operating expenses and programs

Appropriates $5.25 million annually (2025-2027) to be divided equally among seven state-recognized non-gaming tribes (Coharie, Haliwa-Saponi, Lumbee, Meherrin, Waccamaw-Siouan, Sappony, and Occaneechi Band) for cultural, educational, and economic development

Appropriates $400,000 annually (2025-2027) divided equally among four Urban Indian Organizations in Cumberland, Guilford, Mecklenburg, and Wake counties

Provides $1.1 million in one-time grants for FY 2025-2026: $500,000 each to Haliwa-Saponi Tribal School and Old Main STREAM Academy, plus $100,000 to Waccamaw Siouan Daycare
