Revises and consolidates the charter of the Town of Davidson, located in Iredell and Mecklenburg Counties, North Carolina, replacing prior charter acts dating back to 1891

Establishes a council-manager form of government with a five-member Board of Commissioners and a Mayor, all elected at-large on a nonpartisan basis

Sets the Mayor's term at two years and Board members' terms at four years with staggered elections; in 2025, the top two vote-getters receive four-year terms while the next three receive two-year terms to initiate staggering

Requires the Board to appoint a Town Manager as chief administrative official, a Town Attorney, and a Town Clerk, with the Town Manager having authority to appoint and remove all other Town employees

Repeals three prior charter-related acts (Private Laws of 1891 Chapter 281, Private Laws of 1935 Chapter 106, and Session Laws of 1957 Chapter 36) while preserving existing ordinances and pending legal proceedings
