Allows regional public transportation authorities to operate buspool services more than 10 miles beyond their territorial jurisdiction, adding buspools to the existing exemption for vanpools and carpools

Changes statutory terminology from "territorial jurisdiction" to "service area" throughout the regional public transportation authority statutes

Adds "buspool" to the statutory definition of "public transportation" alongside existing references to carpools and vanpools

Effective July 1, 2025
