Makes knowingly disclosing fabricated intimate images (AI-generated sexual content depicting identifiable individuals) a Class 1 misdemeanor, escalating to a Class A felony for repeat offenders, with civil damages up to $10,000 plus punitive damages

Requires regulated professionals (licensed/certified occupations) to prominently disclose when using generative AI in client interactions, with violations classified as a Class A misdemeanor; effective December 1, 2025
