Doubles maximum fees for the North Carolina Board of Nursing, including initial exam applications ($75 to $150), endorsement applications ($150 to $300), and two-year license renewals ($100 to $200) for both registered nurses and licensed practical nurses

Increases reinstatement fees for lapsed licenses from $180 to $280 and retired nurse status application fees from $50 to $100

Maintains the existing 20% annual cap on fee increases from one year to the next

Authorizes the Board to adopt temporary rules to implement the fee changes

Effective October 1, 2025, applying to all applications, renewals, and reinstatements submitted on or after that date
