Appropriates $62.7 million in FY 2025-26 and $64.2 million in FY 2026-27 for salary increases to state law enforcement and correctional officers, with additional $41 million annually in nonrecurring funds for bonuses

Establishes experience-based salary schedules for State Highway Patrol, SBI, and Alcohol Law Enforcement officers ranging from $58,575 (0 years) to $85,468 (6+ years), and for correctional officers ranging from $40,066 to $57,593 depending on classification and experience

Awards $1,500 bonuses to both state and local sworn law enforcement officers in November 2025 and November 2026, payable to those employed as of June 30 of each respective year

Increases monthly pension benefits for NC Firefighters' and Rescue Squad Workers' Pension Fund to $180, and raises NC National Guard pension from $105 to $108 per month for 20 years of service (maximum increased from $210 to $216)

Raises line-of-duty death benefits under the Public Safety Employees' Death Benefits Act from $100,000 to $150,000, with an additional $150,000 (up from $100,000) when an officer is murdered in the line of duty
