Legalizes betting on board games, tile games, card games, and dice games (including canasta, mahjong, and bridge) in private residences, homes, and community clubhouses when no electronic devices are used and no one profits except through personal winnings

Restricts social gambling games to one day per seven-day period at any single location, with equal winning/losing odds for all participants

Increases the annual cap on game night events at qualified facilities from 2 per month to 24 per calendar year

Maintains existing game night restrictions: maximum 4 events per year per exempt organization, 5-hour limit per event, no more than one event per calendar quarter, and prohibited hours between 2:00 AM and noon (or 2:00 PM on Sundays)

Effective December 1, 2025, applying to offenses committed on or after that date
