Allows concealed carry of bowie knives, dirks, daggers, switchblades, and similar bladed weapons for persons at least 18 years of age who carry valid identification

Requires the person to have no felony convictions, no misdemeanor domestic violence convictions, and no dishonorable military discharge

Prohibits concealed knife carry by fugitives, unlawful controlled substance users, persons adjudicated mentally defective or committed to mental institutions at age 16 or older, and non-citizens illegally in the U.S.

Bars persons subject to domestic restraining orders or who have renounced U.S. citizenship from carrying concealed knives

Concealed knives prohibited in locations where concealed handguns are banned under G.S. 14-415.11; effective December 1, 2025
