First-time solicitation of minors by computer upgraded from Class H felony to Class E felony; if defendant or arranged person actually appears at meeting location, upgraded from Class G to Class C felony; second or subsequent violations remain Class D felony

Petitions challenging sex offender registration requirements must be placed on the criminal docket and calendared by the district attorney at the next regularly scheduled superior court term

Creates new offense of habitual indecent exposure (Class F felony) for persons who commit indecent exposure with two or more prior indecent exposure convictions

Creates new offense of aggravated habitual indecent exposure (Class E felony) for persons who commit indecent exposure to a person under 16 with two or more prior indecent exposure convictions

Both new habitual indecent exposure offenses require mandatory sex offender registration; enhanced penalties effective December 1, 2025
