State Board of Education shall establish a consolidated teacher bonus program for the 2025-2027 fiscal biennium, with bonuses paid in January 2026 and 2027 based on prior school year data

Advanced course teachers (AP, IB, Cambridge AICE) receive $50 per student who achieves qualifying scores; CTE teachers receive $25 or $50 per student earning industry certifications based on credential value ranking

Teachers in the top 25% statewide or within their district for EVAAS student growth scores in reading (grades 3-5) or math (grades 4-8) receive $2,000 bonuses; $5 million allocated for third grade reading bonuses distributed equally among qualifying teachers

Individual bonus caps set at $3,500 per category and $7,000 maximum for combined statewide and local third grade reading growth bonuses per school year

Teachers who leave their school due to military spouse transfer orders remain eligible for bonuses if they notify the school unit and provide updated mailing address by January 1 of the bonus payment year
