Appropriates $11,500,000 in recurring funds from the General Fund to the Administrative Office of the Courts for each year of the 2025-2027 fiscal biennium for magistrate salary increases

Increases full-time magistrate entry rate salary from $47,228 to $56,674, a 20% increase

Raises the maximum magistrate salary (Step 6) from $75,415 to $90,498

Maintains the existing step-based salary progression structure with increases every two years for Steps 1-3 and every four years for Steps 4-6

Salary increases take effect July 1, 2025
