Appropriates $17,850,000 in nonrecurring General Fund money for FY 2025-2026 to the Town of Siler City for downtown streetscape improvements ($2,450,000), a new recreational facility to replace a condemned building ($10,400,000), and a new fire station ($5,000,000)

Allocates $10,000,000 to the Town of Pittsboro for emergency fire services, including $7,000,000 for a new fire station, $1,800,000 for a ladder truck, and $1,200,000 for a fire engine

Siler City downtown funds include $2,000,000 for underground power lines and sidewalk widening on Chatham Avenue, plus $450,000 for design plans and a main street coordinator

Siler City recreational funds include $400,000 specifically for Bray Soccer Stadium improvements to support AAU tournaments

Effective date is July 1, 2025
