Prohibits the manufacture, sale, transfer, use, or possession of "ghost guns" — firearms lacking a unique serial number engraved on the frame or receiver by a licensed manufacturer

Bans "undetectable firearms" including those not detectable by walk-through metal detectors, those that don't generate accurate images under security screening devices, or those manufactured wholly of plastic, fiberglass, or through 3D printing

Exempts federally licensed firearm manufacturers (Federal Firearm License Type 07) operating under ATF regulations

Violations classified as a Class I felony

Effective December 1, 2025, applying to offenses committed on or after that date
