DMH/DD/SUS must develop a statewide reimbursement methodology for Clubhouse model psychosocial rehabilitation day programs serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness, including incentives for Clubhouse International accreditation and consistent rates across LME/MCO regions.

A report on the proposed reimbursement methodology, implementation timeline, costs, and training details must be submitted to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services by June 1, 2026.

$2,500,000 in recurring General Fund appropriations effective July 1, 2026 for Clubhouse International accredited programs, service expansion, accreditation costs, and staff/member training.

Division of Health Benefits must provide Medicaid coverage for services included in the plan, to the extent allowable under existing law.
