Repeals standardized testing requirements for teacher licensure in North Carolina by eliminating G.S. 115C-269.15(a), G.S. 115C-269.25(g), and G.S. 115C-270.15

Prohibits the State Board of Education from adopting any rules or policies requiring standardized examinations as a condition for receiving a teacher license

Removes examination requirements for "limited license" holders, a three-year renewable license issued to teachers who failed to meet previous licensure requirements but are deemed effective by their local school board

Applies to anyone applying for a teacher license on or after the effective date of the law
