Appropriates $91,000 (nonrecurring) and $4,000 (recurring) from the General Fund for fiscal year 2025-2026 to install and maintain audio/video recording equipment in House committee rooms and the chamber

Enables real-time public internet streaming and archived viewing of committee meetings and chamber proceedings for 10 years

Allows committee chairs discretion to decline video recording of a meeting, provided they give advance notice and maintain official audio recordings and written minutes

House of Representatives rules will determine specific equipment use and availability for each Regular Session
