Requires ticket sellers and resellers to display the total price including all mandatory fees upfront, with prices locked during a ticketing session and fee descriptions that are not deceptive or misleading

Prohibits ticket issuers from restricting purchasers' ability to resell tickets on any secondary marketplace of their choosing, setting minimum or maximum resale prices, or discriminating against buyers who purchased resold tickets

Mandates electronic ticket delivery within 72 hours of purchase confirmation, or as soon as reasonably possible if the event occurs within 72 hours

Bans secondary ticket exchanges from using website addresses containing the name of an event, performer, or venue

Violations constitute unfair trade practices under G.S. 75-1.1, with the law taking effect October 1, 2025
