Mandates work assignments through Correction Enterprises, Inmate Construction Program, or similar incentive wage occupations, with potential transfer to minimum custody or work release based on favorable evaluations

Sets a 5-year parole supervision term upon release; parole violations result in return to prison with a 5-year waiting period before parole eligibility resumes

Applies retroactively to inmates who have already served 20+ years by August 1, 2025, offering modified 1-3 year MAPP contracts for those who have completed program requirements
