Requires DHHS to conduct monthly or quarterly data matching with state agencies (Lottery Commission, Vital Records, Department of Labor, Revenue, Adult Correction, Commerce) to verify eligibility for SNAP, TANF/Work First, and Medicaid recipients

Mandates monthly review of federal databases including Social Security Administration records, National Directory of New Hires, HUD payment data, and FBI fleeing felon information to identify eligibility changes

Prohibits self-attestation of income, residency, age, household composition, or other coverage for Medicaid enrollment without verification; requires all eligibility conditions be verified prior to enrollment

Imposes identical data-matching requirements on public housing authorities, with annual compliance reports to the Attorney General; second finding of noncompliance results in charter revocation

Requires quarterly public posting of fraud investigation data including households investigated, prosecutions referred, improper payments, and amounts recovered; effective January 1, 2026
