Appropriates $61,300,000 in nonrecurring funds from the General Fund for fiscal year 2025-2026 to Wilson and Nash Counties

Allocates $20 million for a new Wilson County courthouse and $15 million for Wilson County school construction

Provides water infrastructure grants of $2.5 million to Lucama and $4.5 million to Stantonsburg for water and sewer projects

Directs $8 million to the Wilson Housing Authority, $5 million to Wilson County volunteer fire departments, and $3 million to the Wilson Ride Program

Funds public safety initiatives including $1.5 million for a new Sharpsburg Police Department, $800,000 for the Sheriff's Office Training Center, and $1 million for Narcan distribution to schools and libraries
