Prohibits North Carolina criminal justice agencies and sheriff's offices from assisting ICE with apprehensions, arrests, or removal warrant service at agricultural properties, livestock processing facilities, and permitted construction sites

Voids any current or future agreements between law enforcement agencies and ICE to the extent they would require assistance at these protected locations

Willful violations by individual officers may result in suspension, revocation, or denial of their law enforcement certification

Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission and Sheriffs' Education and Training Standards Commission must promulgate implementing rules

Does not prevent officers from enforcing state laws at these locations; effective immediately upon becoming law
