Appropriates $14,525,000 in nonrecurring funds from the General Fund for fiscal year 2025-2026 for grants to organizations in the Triad region

Provides $1,500,000 to Winston-Salem Speedway for stadium improvements and $1,500,000 to Forsyth County for the Cure Violence gun violence prevention program

Grants $1,200,000 to Piney Grove Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department for transportation and firefighting equipment, and $500,000 to the Samantha and Kyle Busch Bundle of Joy Fund for fertility treatment assistance

Awards smaller grants including $250,000 to Camel City Track Foundation for facility expansion, $200,000 to North Carolina Folk Festival, and $50,000 to Hasten International for mobile medical clinic services
