Amends disseminating obscenity to minors statutes to remove the specific age threshold of 16, applying the Class H felony to any minor when the offender is at least 4 years older than the victim

Adds judicial discretion for sex offender registration upon conviction for disseminating obscenity to minors, disseminating harmful material to minors, and exhibiting harmful performances to minors, if the court finds the person is a danger to the community

Creates new offense of habitual indecent exposure (Class F felony) for persons with two or more prior indecent exposure convictions who commit another violation

Creates new offense of aggravated habitual indecent exposure (Class E felony) for persons with two or more prior convictions who commit felonious indecent exposure in the presence of a minor

Effective December 1, 2025, applying to offenses committed on or after that date
