Prohibits insurers from denying prosthetic claims for individuals with limb loss that would be covered for non-disabled individuals seeking the same functional restoration

Eliminates "continuous use" or "useful lifetime" restrictions on device replacements when a healthcare provider determines replacement is necessary due to physiological changes or device condition, though insurers may require confirmation for devices less than 3 years old

Effective October 1, 2025, with insurers required to report claims data to the Department of Insurance by February 1, 2028
